SupportLogic adds VP Finance and VP People to the Leadership Team

15 November 2021, SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA

Nick Tarnoff has been named VP of Finance, and Liz Bronson has been named VP of People at SupportLogic, the world’s first proactive Support Experience (SX) platform. Tarnoff and Bronson join SupportLogic as part of the company’s recent $50M Series B fundraising round, which will help the company scale its personnel and operations.

With high-growth companies like Databricks, Nutanix, Rubrik, and Snowflake, SupportLogic continues to gain market traction. As businesses develop, they must be able to recognise and respond to the “voice of the customer” in real time in order to avoid escalations and improve customer care and support, which helps to improve brand perception, increase operational efficiency, and protect and generate revenue.
